Return and Replacement Policy

Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return option for eligible products. To qualify for a return, please ensure:

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
The return request is made within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, contact our support team at bloodylabz@gmail.com and provide your order details and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

Important Note: Opened or used products will not be eligible for return.

Replacement Policy

At Bloody Labz, we aim to provide high-quality products. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we offer a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery. To request a replacement, please email us at bloodylabz@gmail.com with the following details:

Photos of the damaged or defective product
Photos of the packaging
A copy of the purchase invoice

Important Note: Products received in good condition and without defects are not eligible for replacement.

Exclusions from Return and Replacement

Requests for return or replacement will not be accepted for:

Damages resulting from improper use or handling of the product
Products with tampered packaging or labels
Incidental damages due to product malfunction

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible before your order is dispatched. You can reach us at bloodylabz@gmail.com. We will process your cancellation and initiate a refund within 48 business hours.

Note: Cancellation requests can only be processed if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
